A European consulting firm is seeking non-key experts for an EIB project focused on market assessment studies. Candidates need a Master's degree and at least 8 years of experience in education finance, including designing loan or voucher schemes. Fluency in English and Italian is essential. This position offers a start date of December 1, 2025, and a duration of 15 months.

NTU International A / S is leading a consortium for the preparation of proposal for the EIB project : ESF+ ERDF EU wide market assessment studies for the 2028+ Programming Period and is searching for non-key experts to support the core team during the implementation of this project.

The overall objective of the project is building on the long-standing cooperation between the EC and EIB, and the vast experience accumulated in the context of fi-compass on the implementation of FIs, the present assignment aims at providing support to the 27 EU MS and relevant MAs in the justification and design of FIs to be financed by EU funding instruments under shared management in the 2028+ programming period.

Start date: 1 December 2025.

Duration: 15 months
