Melt Group is currently seeking a Site Supervisor – Electrical Plants on behalf of a major European construction company specialized in large-scale projects. The position is based in the Caribbean Island, where the selected candidate will oversee the electrical installation works.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate all electrical installation activities on site, ensuring full compliance with project specifications, timelines, and quality standards.
- Oversee the execution of electrical systems including power distribution, lighting, low-voltage systems, grounding, and emergency power supply.
- Manage and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and local workforce involved in electrical works.
- Monitor and report progress, identifying potential risks and implementing corrective actions when necessary.
- Ensure all works are executed in accordance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
- Support the Project Manager and Construction Manager in technical decisions, planning, and resource allocation.
- Review and approve electrical drawings, material submittals, and technical documentation.
- Coordinate with the civil, mechanical, and architectural teams to guarantee smooth integration of electrical systems.
- Conduct inspections and testing activities to validate quality and functionality of installations.
- Manage the logistics of electrical materials and equipment, ensuring proper storage, traceability, and availability.
- Prepare daily and weekly site reports, ensuring accurate tracking of progress, manpower, and resources.
- Maintain strong communication with engineering teams and the client’s representatives to ensure expectations and standards are consistently met.
Requirements:
- Degree or technical diploma in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical supervision within large-scale construction or infrastructure projects, preferably in hospital, industrial, or complex building environments.
- Proven knowledge of international electrical standards, installation procedures, and quality assurance methods.
- Experience working with multinational teams and subcontractors.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken).
- High commitment to health, safety, and environmental compliance.
- Availability for a long-term international assignment in the Caribbean.
