About the Role

We are seeking an operational and hands‑on Site Manager to join our EPC delivery team. The candidate will be responsible for the daily management of photovoltaic plant construction site activities, with a strong focus on execution quality, adherence to timelines, and safety.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate on‑site installations : photovoltaic systems, medium‑voltage (MV) connections, and auxiliary infrastructure
• Supervise daily activities of operational teams and subcontractors
• Ensure compliance with technical drawings and project specifications
• Conduct quality and safety inspections, and manage critical issues
• Prepare daily reports on work progress
• Manage site documentation (activity reports, material deliveries, photos)
• Support commissioning and handover activities

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of on‑site experience (photovoltaic, electrical, or civil construction)

Required Skills

• Knowledge of relevant activities : structural installation, MV / AC cabling, excavation, flooring, MV switchgear
• Ability to read technical drawings and electrical schematics
• Possession of at least one of the following certifications : working at height, PEI / PAV / PES (Italian safety certifications), first aid, fire safety, mini‑excavator operation, aerial work platform operation
• Leadership skills, autonomy, and ability to work under pressure
• Availability for extended business trips, including to remote construction sites
• Fluent in Italian; English proficiency is a plus
