What You'll Do
- Service, repair, and improve: Using Tesla-specific software and advanced tools, you will perform repairs and maintenance on all types of Tesla vehicles.
- Driven: Be efficient in completing repairs and motivated to exceed expectations on quality and productivity.
- Become proficient in performing most common repairs and some complex repairs autonomously.
- Ensure top quality: Fix it right the first time; inspect vehicles diligently before return and pre-delivery.
- Collaborate: Work across teams (local and regional) sharing support and best practices to enhance the service experience.
- Develop: Our in-house training teams offer a blended learning strategy to develop your technical skills. By sharing your own skills and knowledge, you contribute to the growth of the team.

What You'll Bring
- Technically experienced: Professional experience in vehicle service and repairs within automotive, aviation, marine, or similar industries.
- Technically qualified: Relevant certification to perform vehicle repairs in Lithuania. Self-manage your technical development.
- A good communicator: Proficient in speaking and writing English, able to communicate clearly and respectfully.
- Safe to drive: Hold a valid driver’s license.
- Flexible: Able to work in shifts, including weekends, mornings, and evenings.
- Willing to travel if needed.
