Your Mission

You’ll be the driving force behind adapting and implementing our service solution strategy, turning customer needs into competitive advantages. You’ll build strong customer relationships, develop strategic partnerships, and deliver tailored solutions that achieve ambitious sales targets. From market analysis to bid management, you’ll ensure our solutions are competitive, deliverable, and profitable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the Italy DigitalPower service solution business, achieving sales and profit targets.
  • Conduct in-depth market analysis and customer insight, driving strategic budget influence.
  • Develop and present competitive service solutions, ensuring contract quality and compliance.
  • Empower core channel partners through training and collaborative portfolio development.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, enhancing customer perception.
  • Implement regional service marketing and communication activities, strengthening our brand.
  • Lead bid processes, crafting winning service solutions.
  • Provide expert product solution design and technical guidance to senior clients.
