LandGlass is recruiting service engineers & sales representatives in Europe. Familiar with glass tempering furnaces. 3 years of relevant experience in glass tempering furnace service is preferred.

Based in Europe and responsible for the installation and after‑sales service of glass tempering machines in Europe.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional installation, maintenance and troubleshooting service for European customers.
• Provide a rapid and knowledgeable response to all customers’ requests.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through excellent service.
• Opportunities to transition to a sales position for outstanding performers meeting assessment criteria, based on career aspirations and company needs.

Qualifications

• University degree in mechanical or electrical engineering.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent problem‑solving ability.
