A machinery manufacturing company is seeking a mid-senior level service engineer based in Europe to provide installation and after-sales support for glass tempering machines. Ideal candidates will have a university degree in mechanical or electrical engineering, with at least 3 years of relevant experience, strong communication skills, and a willingness to travel throughout Europe. Competenze

• 3 years of relevant experience in glass tempering furnace service preferred.
• Practical field experience in heavy machinery installation and after-sales service.
• High mobility and willingness to travel across Europe.

Responsibilities

• 1) Familiar with glass tempering furnace;
• 2) 3 years of relevant experience in glass tempering furnace service is preferred
• 3) Based in Europe and responsible for installation and after-sales service of glass tempering machine in Europe.
• 4) Provide professional installation, maintenance and troubleshooting service for European customers.
• 5) Provide rapid and knowledgeable response to all customers’ requests.
• 6) Ensure customer satisfaction through excellent service.
• 7) Additionally, for candidates who demonstrate outstanding performance in the service role and meet the relevant assessment criteria, there will be a great opportunity to transition to a sales position in the future based on personal career aspirations and company business needs.
