A global medtech company is seeking a Total Rewards Specialist to enhance employee satisfaction through strategic compensation and benefits administration. This role involves advising management on global compensation practices, managing equity plans, and ensuring compliance with legal requirements in multiple markets. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree, a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a multinational environment, and strengths in relationship management and business acumen. Proficiency in Workday and Microsoft Office is preferred.

Competenze

  • Minimum of five years of experience in a similar role for a multinational company.
  • Strong understanding of compensation practices and equity administration.
  • Experience in benefits administration and compliance.

  • Counsel and coach management on global compensation practices.
