Job summary

iubenda is seeking a Senior Technical Solutions Specialist to partner with Sales and Customer Success for enterprise clients, focusing on the Italian market. You will demonstrate the product, answer technical questions, and guide testing, setup, and onboarding—while maintaining confidence across the client journey.

You will collaborate with Sales, CS, and Product, handle complex issues with a proactive approach, and occasionally support Consent Manager clients as the team scales.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Technical Support, Technical Specialist, Solutions, or a similar role in a SaaS or hosting company.
• Native Italian and full professional English.
• Hands-on knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, and experience with Google Tag Manager.
• Solid debugging skills (DevTools or Inspect Element) and the ability to reproduce customer scenarios.
• Proven experience dealing directly with clients, in writing and on calls, with clear and structured communication.
• Comfort collaborating with several teams at once.
• Flexibility to occasionally work later hours to support clients in the US.

Responsibilities

• Join sales calls and deliver product demos that show clients how iubenda works and the value it brings.
• Answer technical questions during negotiations and guide clients through testing, setup and technical onboarding.
• Be the main contact for high-level technical requests from enterprise clients, by email and in technical calls, with or without the Customer Success Manager.
• Research, reproduce and resolve complex issues, and work with Product and Development on fixes and new features.
• Handle the moments when we can't deliver what a client asks for, explaining it clearly and constructively so the relationship stays strong.
• Share your technical knowledge with Sales and Customer Success colleagues, including those selling to agencies in other markets.
• Over time, support Consent Manager clients too.
