Salesforce Professional Services is seeking a Senior Technical Consultant to join the Customer Success Group in Italy. You will lead enterprise integrations, design solutions, and work with architects and project managers to deliver high-value Salesforce Platform projects.

The role requires deep tech expertise, English and Italian proficiency, and willingness to travel regionally and occasionally internationally. Competitive compensation in EUR and a comprehensive benefits package are offered.

Competenze

• Hands-on technical and solution implementation experience in a relevant software domain.
• Minimum of 8 years' experience in professional services.
• Ability to analyze, design, and optimize business processes via technology and integration.
• Proficiency in English and Italian languages.
• Strong background in object-oriented programming (e.g., Java) and understanding of REST/SOAP API design, microservices, and event-driven architectures.
