Zusammenfassung

Concentrix is seeking a Senior Sales & Account Manager with BPO experience to drive revenue and expand Italian client relationships. You will lead new logo acquisition, nurture strategic accounts, and collaborate across functions to deliver tailored solutions in a hybrid/remote setup.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in commercial roles, strong negotiation and presentation skills, and fluency in Italian plus English (B2+). Location is Vimercate with hybrid flexibility.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in Sales, Business Development, or Account Management.
• Proven track record in acquiring new logos and growing accounts.
• Experience in BPO/CX/Outsourcing sectors is required.
• Fluent Italian and professional English (B2+).
• Strong negotiation, presentation and relationship-building skills.

Aufgaben

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the Italian market.
• Build and execute sales strategies to hit revenue targets.
• Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic clients, driving retention.
• Lead client presentations, proposals, negotiations and closings.
• Monitor market trends and coordinate with internal teams for solutions.
• Conduct regular business reviews with key stakeholders.
