Hub OS is seeking an Implementation Specialist for Italy to lead onboarding of our hotel operations platform, on-site or remotely, ensuring tailored configurations for each client.

You will collaborate with Sales and Support, design onboarding plans, gather requirements, configure the system, train users during UAT, and support post go-live while traveling up to 50% internationally. Fluency in Italian and English is required, Spanish is a plus.

Competenze

• Excellent communication, presentation and active listening skills.
• Strong hospitality industry background with hotel operations or hospitalitytech platforms experience preferred.
• Proven project management and multi-implementation coordination abilities.
• Willingness to travel internationally up to 50% of the time.
• Fluent in Italian and English (written and spoken); Spanish a plus.
• Comfortable with technology and quick to grasp new concepts.

Mansioni

• Design and present onboarding plans for each client based on modules and requirements.
• Guide clients to complete configuration files for accurate system setup.
• Collaborate with clients to gather live-environment requirements and optimize workflows.
• Configure and calibrate the software to reflect hotel processes.
• Serve as primary contact during implementation, ensuring clear communication and progress.
• Advise clients on adapting processes to fit our software solution.
• Manage multiple implementations with prioritization to meet timelines.
• Deliver training and support during UAT/testing and post go-live.
• Collaborate with Sales for a smooth client handover and identify blockers.
