Job summary

Siemens Healthineers AG in Italy is seeking a Clinical Training Specialist to deliver comprehensive training on our medical equipment. You will conduct product training for customers and employees, both on-site and remotely, ensuring safe and effective use.

As part of a cross-functional team, you will develop lesson plans from engineering and software docs, create quick tips and video guides, and align material with current product features.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical training and support to customers on-site or remotely.
• Lead lectures and laboratory sessions to ensure customers operate equipment safely and effectively.
• Prepare lesson plans from engineering documentation, field service requirements, and software documentation to address implementation questions.
• Formulate complementary training information as quick tips, workbooks, video-media and implementation guides.
• Collaborate with customers and with sales, product marketing, and technical support to ensure training mirrors current product features and addresses inquiries including testing scenarios.
• Work with cross-functional teams as necessary to support and enable best services and optimize customer relations.
