A leading pharmaceutical company based in Italy is seeking a skilled event manager to supervise scientific events, manage compliance, and engage with healthcare professionals. The ideal candidate has strong leadership and interpersonal skills, extensive experience in event organization, and a degree in Economics. Responsibilities include managing events from planning to follow-up and ensuring compliance with all regulations and processes. Excellent negotiation skills and proficiency in English are essential.

Competenze

• Preferably a degree in Economics or an equivalent educational background.
• Proven experience in organizing national and international events, preferably in the pharmaceutical sector.
• Leadership experience with at least five years in people management.
• Ability to plan and organize congress events and manage resources.
• Knowledge of commercial contract management relevant to the market sector.
• Strong team orientation with stakeholders.
• Excellent negotiation skills.
• Analytical and proactive problem-solving approach.
• Spoken and written English proficiency at least at B1 level.

• Supervise scientific events management from planning to post-event follow-up.
• Manage HCP engagement process and oversee audit interactions.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
