Confidential, a global technology company, seeks a Sales Specialist based in Italy to drive growth across DACH and NEE. You will manage the full sales cycle, develop strategies, and build long-term relationships with customers, distributors, and partners.

Travel regularly within the territory and collaborate with Sales, Product Management, Marketing to achieve targets and expand into new markets. Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential.

Competenze

• Experience selling technical products in a B2B environment.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Experience with distributors, dealers or industry partners.
• Willingness to travel extensively across the assigned territory.

• Develop and execute sales plans and strategies to drive growth across the assigned territory.
• Identify, develop and manage sales opportunities from lead through closing.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, dealers and industry partners.
• Develop understanding of regional market, industry trends and customer needs.
• Present and demonstrate technical products and solutions, communicating their value.
• Negotiate commercial agreements and manage the sales process through to delivery.
• Manage the complete sales pipeline using CRM, keeping data up to date.
• Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports and budgets with senior management.
• Monitor sales performance and develop action plans to hit targets.
• Share customer and market insights with Product Management for growth.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction during sales and delivery.
• Represent the company at industry events and associations.
• Develop and maintain a strong network within relevant markets.
