Confidential, a global technology company, is seeking a Sales Specialist to be based in Italy. You will drive growth across DACH and NEE, manage the full sales cycle, and build long-term relationships with customers, distributors, and partners.

Regular travel within the assigned territories is required to meet ambitious targets and expand the company’s international footprint. You will work closely with Sales, Product Management, Marketing and other teams to present technical products, negotiate

Competenze

Proven experience in B2B sales of technical products.
Experience in construction, engineering, tech sectors.
Strong understanding of the full sales cycle from opportunity to closing.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Develop and execute sales plans to drive growth in the assigned territory.
Identify, develop and manage opportunities from lead to closing.
Build and maintain relationships with customers, distributors and partners.
Present and demonstrate technical products and solutions and their value.
Negotiate commercial agreements and manage the sales process to delivery.
Manage the sales pipeline using CRM and ensure accurate data.
Prepare regular sales forecasts and budgets with senior management.
Monitor sales performance and develop corrective action as needed.
Share customer and market insights with Product Management for growth opportunities.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
