Confidential, a global technology company, seeks an experienced Sales Specialist to drive growth across DACH and NEE markets from Italy. The role involves leading full sales cycles, building strategic customer relationships, and collaborating with Sales, Product Management, and Marketing to achieve targets.

You will identify opportunities, manage key accounts, and travel regularly to engage customers and partners. Strong B2B sales background and German + English proficiency are essential.

• Experience in B2B sales of technical products, equipment or solutions.
• Experience in construction, engineering, technology sectors.
• Strong understanding of full sales cycle from opportunity to closing.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.

• Develop and execute sales plans and strategies to drive growth in the territory.
• Identify, develop and manage opportunities from lead through closing.
