A leading international industrial company in Reggio Emilia is seeking a Senior IT Application Manager to drive the strategy and governance of ERP and corporate applications. You will lead IT applications across multiple countries, manage cloud adoption, and ensure alignment with business goals. The ideal candidate has over 10 years of IT/Application leadership experience and strong ERP expertise. This role offers an annual salary of up to €60,000 and allows for up to 50% remote work.

We are supporting a leading international industrial company undergoing a significant phase of technological evolution. We are looking for a Senior IT Application Manager to drive the strategy and governance of ERP and corporate applications, while contributing to the future-state IT architecture.

What you will do

• Lead the IT applications strategy across multiple countries, ensuring alignment with business goals
• Drive continuous improvement across ERP platforms (Infor or other Tier-1 systems)
• Oversee testing, cutover and hypercare in partnership with Finance, Operations and local leaders
• Guide the modernisation of IT architecture, including cloud adoption and integration best practices
• Collaborate with Infrastructure & Security teams on identity, access, compliance and audit readiness
• Manage vendors, governance frameworks and application lifecycle with a strong cost-control mindset

What we are looking for

• 10+ years in IT/Application leadership roles
• Strong ERP expertise (preferably Infor), including multi-country deployments and integrations
• Experience in testing, cutover, hypercare and application portfolio management
• Solid understanding of infrastructure principles and security foundations
• Strong communication skills and the ability to partner with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Manufacturing or industrial background experience is a plus
• Fluent English required; additional languages are an advantage
