Un'azienda leader nel settore engineering è alla ricerca di un ingegnere di strumentazione senior a Milano. Il candidato ideale deve avere un diploma tecnico o una laurea magistrale in ingegneria elettrica o chimica e almeno 5 anni di esperienza. Le responsabilità includono la preparazione di specifiche tecniche e la coordinazione delle attività ingegneristiche. È richiesta la conoscenza della lingua inglese (B2) e disponibilità a viaggiare in Italia e all'estero. Offriamo un contratto a tempo indeterminato.

Competenze

• Almeno 5 anni di esperienza con aziende internazionali di contratti e ingegneria principali.
• Conoscenza della lingua inglese: B2.

Mansioni

• Preparare elementi di strumentazione per preventivi e lavori di montaggio.
• Definire le basi del design ingegneristico e specifiche tecniche.
• Coordinare le attività ingegneristiche subcontractate.
• Ottimizzare il design della strumentazione in base ai requisiti contrattuali e di sicurezza.

Senior Instrumentation Engineer

DEPARTMENT/FUNCTION: Instrumentation, Automation & Telecommunication Department. (SMAUT Dept.)

Responsibilities

• Prepare Instrumentation elements (tagged items and bulk material), quantities for cost and erection works estimates
• Define engineering design basis and guidelines, Prepare Instrumentation technical specifications, data sheets, installation specifications and drawings, BOQs and MTOs
• Prepare the technical documentation for Instrumentation elements material and services requisitions and prepare, according to internal procedures, the technical evaluations
• Participate to P and ID mechanization
• Validate Vendor control valves and safety valves sizing calculations, measurements elements sizing calculations
• Review Client technical documentation and requirements
• Coordinate subcontracted engineering activities and control subcontracted engineering documents
• Optimise Instrumentation design ensuring minimal cost and complexity in compliance with the contractual and safety requirements
• Perform site engineering activities during construction and commissioning phases.

Qualifications

• Technical Diploma or Master's degree obtained in Electrical/Chemical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years experience with International Main Contracting & Engineering Companies.

Technical Skills

• Independently develop technical specifications, datasheets and installation designs for the various types of Instruments/analyzers/bulk material
• Interface independently with other engineering disciplines and with suppliers, in order to identify optimized solutions from a technical/economical point of view
• Finalize the release of technical evaluation for the purchase of the various types of instruments/analyzers/bulk material
• Independently solve various interdisciplinary issues that may occur during the project activities

Soft Skills

• Strong attitude to work in a multicultural environment and in team.

Other Requirements

• Knowledge of English language: B2.
• LABOUR RELATIONSHIP: permanent contract.

Location

Milano HO. Availability to travel for short and long period in Italy and abroad.
