A European Infrastructure Fund located in Milan is looking for an Investment Manager to lead M&A activities focusing on European acquisitions in operating solar PV, onshore wind, and battery storage assets. Candidates with 4-8+ years of relevant experience, particularly in managing renewable energy transactions and performing financial modelling, are preferred. Candidates from the UK willing to relocate for at least two years will be considered. This role provides opportunities to shape investments in the rapidly evolving renewable energy sector.

Competenze

• 4-8+ years in M&A, Project Finance, Transaction Services, or Private Equity.
• Experience with operating renewable assets transactions.
• Background from infrastructure funds, renewable IPPs, or top-tier advisory firms.
