About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Electronic Engineer with at least 5 years of experience in hardware (HW) and firmware (FW) design to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in analog and digital board design, be proficient with CAD tools (preferably OrCAD), and have hands-on experience programming microcontrollers in C.

This is an exciting opportunity to work on innovative projects and be involved in the full product development cycle — from concept through to production.

This position is an onsite role.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and validate analog and digital PCBs using CAD tools (OrCAD or similar).
• Develop and maintain firmware in C for microcontrollers (STM32 and Microchip families).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system requirements and propose solutions.
• Perform schematic capture, PCB layout review, and documentation.
• Debug, test, and optimize hardware and firmware to ensure performance and reliability.
• Support product industrialization and assist with manufacturing-related issues.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronic Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in electronic HW and FW design.
• Proficiency with CAD software for schematic capture and PCB layout (OrCAD preferred).
• Solid knowledge of analog and digital circuit design.
• Strong experience in C programming for STM32 and Microchip microcontrollers.
• Familiarity with hardware debugging tools (oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, etc.).
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and in a team.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience with Linux development environments.
• Knowledge of C++ programming.
• Experience with communication protocols (UART, SPI, I²C, CAN, Ethernet).
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance and EMC considerations in board design.
