We are looking for an experienced and talented Project Manager to join our Operations team.

As a Project Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing the organization of key client projects. You will lead the end to end initiatives and you’ll ensure that our projects are delivered on time, and that they meet the desired results; you’ll be responsible for managing the relationship with the clients and different stakeholders, respecting the agreed project timeline, creating and maintaining the project documentation and meeting notes, fulfilling and keeping track of the different tests performed on the solution. Furthermore, you’ll be constantly in contact with different technical teams to ensure the success of the initiatives.

Requirements

What you Have

• At least 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in the Data & AI Field
• Strong knowledge of Artificial Intelligence (main Framework and approaches) and Generative AI (LLM best practices and approaches)
• Strong knowledge Analytics and Business Intelligence (i.e.: experiences on visualization tools such as Microsoft Power BI, Tableau etc, and on Data Modeling within different Cloud Infrastructures)
• Ability to understand and translate business needs into technical requirements
• Expertise in Agile methodologies and related Project, Task and Knowledge Management tools such as Jira and Confluence
• Strong knowledge of the Office suite
• Proficiency in managing relationship with clients
• Solid organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent writing and communication skills
• Fluency in Italian and English

We offer a competitive salary, as well as an opportunity to receive company equity. The typical salary for this role ranges between € 60.000 and € 80.000. As you gain experience and make more significant contributions to the business, your compensation will be reviewed to match your impact.
