A global property and construction consultancy is seeking an experienced professional to manage post-contract services, including change management, client engagement, and contract administration. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing procurement processes and ensuring effective post-contract cost control. This role involves significant interaction with clients and stakeholders, providing impactful reporting and negotiations on final account closures. Competenze

  • Experience in post-contract services, interim applications, and change management.
  • Demonstrable experience in client-facing roles and confidence presenting to stakeholders.
  • Detailed experience with standard form contracts, preferably FIDIC.

  • Ensure that post-contract cost variances and change control processes are managed.
  • Negotiate and agree final accounts closure.

Roles & Responsibilities:


  • Experience of post-contract services, interim applications, change management, variation valuation and extension of time claims.

  • Detailed experience of working with standard form contracts, FIDIC preferred, and administration of contract procedures.

  • Demonstrable experience in client-facing roles, professional approach and confidence in presenting to clients, other consultants and project stakeholders.

  • Demonstrable experience in dealing with contractors personnel with confidence and assurance.

  • Monthly and weekly dashboards reports like executive reports, Estimate/CTC reports, Cost reports, Procurement reports and Tender reports.

  • Managing the procurement process, ensuring that all stages including pre-qualification, enquiry, analysis, selection and contract preparation are performed effectively.

  • Ensuring that post-contract cost variances and change control processes are managed effectively.

  • Ensuring that cost checking and valuation work is managed effectively.

  • Value engineering and life cycle costing.

  • Ensuring that final accounts Closer are negotiated and agreed.

  • Contract administration.
