You will manage and grow a portfolio of corporate clients, serving as their main point of contact. Your goal is to understand their unique needs and provide insurance solutions. By building strong relationships and working closely with internal teams, you will ensure smooth execution of client requests and identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling. Your expertise and dedication will deliver exceptional service, helping clients achieve their goals.

We will count on you to:

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of corporate clients in the assigned segment
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and providing exceptional client service;
  • Understand the unique needs and objectives of each client and provide tailored financial solutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the smooth execution of client requests
  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling to maximize client satisfaction and revenue
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to clients on insurance products and solutions
  • Monitor client satisfaction and address any concerns or issues in a timely manner
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions to provide valuable insights to clients

What you need to have:

  • Degree in Economics or Law;
  • Proven experience in managing corporate clients in the insurance industry;
  • Strong knowledge of insurance products and solutions, in particular with reference to Property & Liability insurance programs;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Proficiency in both Italian and English:
