A leading healthcare technology company in Milan is seeking a Senior Cash Collection Specialist to manage collections and maintain client relationships. You will be responsible for collecting outstanding debts, reconciling accounts, and collaborating with teams. Successful candidates should have 2-3 years of experience in collections, strong communication skills, and a B2 level of English. The position offers hybrid working and a generous bonus scheme.

As a Senior Cash Collection Specialist, you’ll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring smooth financial interactions and building trust with our clients across Italy. You’ll be part of a close-knit team, reporting to the Team Manager OTC Italy, and managing your own low, medium, and high complexity portfolio of accounts. Your day will be a mix of customer contact to collect outstanding debt via phone, email and in-person visits, with around 20% of your time spent travelling to public and private hospitals across Italy. You’ll follow a collections strategy, reconcile accounts, identify payment received and work closely with internal teams to resolve disputes and support customers in settling invoices.
Your role will be key to maintaining strong relationships and ensuring financial health across the business.
Success in this role means being proactive, organized and customer focused. You’ll need to be comfortable working independently while collaborating across departments to solve problems and drive results.
