La posizione richiede 3-5 anni di esperienza in acquisto di beni e servizi indiretti e una fluente conoscenza dell'inglese. Il candidato ideale deve avere ottime capacità di comunicazione, negoziazione e attitudine lavorativa in team. We are looking for a brilliant Senior Buyer reporting to the Lead Buyer Indirect. The role is responsible for negotiating and purchasing of new assets, services and equipment ensuring the agreed technical specifications, budget requirements and delivery dates.

Accountabilities:

• Purchasing goods based on the company investments program and in agreement with the budget owner’s department;
• Working closely with finance, factory, production & IT depts. to ensure that the products are purchased respecting the technical requirements, timetable and containing costs;
• Negotiating the terms of supply contracts, based on the asset type, including prices payment agreement, warranties and after sales conditions;
• Entering into a customized contracts.
• Always working in a professional manner regardless of the task set and be pro-active in promoting a positive image for the department/team/sponsors;
• Providing flexible attendance and attitude to work both in line with the requirements of the role and any specific requirements of the projects.

qualifiche

What matters for this role:

• Three to five years purchasing experience, preferably on indirect goods and services
• Proficient with English, both written and spoken
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Good communication ability with the external suppliers
• Resilience and ability to work under pressureSolid decision making and negotiating skills
• Team playing skills with a “can do” attitude
