Una società italiana nel settore moda cerca un Senior Business Controller per calcolare e monitorare costi e margini, oltre a preparare previsioni mensili. Il candidato ideale ha un Master in Economia e almeno 7 anni di esperienza nel settore. Non è previsto smart working. Questo ruolo è cruciale per garantire l'efficienza economica dell'azienda.

Competenze

• Almeno 7 anni di esperienza nel ruolo, preferibilmente nel settore moda e lusso.
• Conoscenza eccellente degli strumenti IT, in particolare MS Excel.

Descrizione del lavoro

For our client, a semi‑little Italian company in the fashion and luxury goods sector, we are looking for a Senior Business Controller.

Responsibilities

• Calculating and monitoring costs and margins, implementing actions plan to maximize efficiency and providing indications to accounting department
• Monitoring production accounting with analysis of deviations from production price lists and standard production costs
• Preparing and managing monthly forecasts for the period based on data provided by accounting
• Kpis business performance update and analysis
• Financial and business evaluation of new investment initiatives
• Perform ad hoc analyses by management for the purpose of sharing results and decision
• Provide sales and margin analysis for each business unit and company level
• Prepare budget, monitoring results, and identifying corrective actions in the event of any deviations from the target
• Allocation of cost/revenue items through analytical accounting entries aimed at determining monthly operating results
• Development of business plans and collaboration in management deck presentation

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Economics, Management Engineering or similar
• At least 7 years’ previous experience in the required position, preferably in companies of the Fashion and Luxury industry
• Excellent knowledge of the main IT tools, in particular MS Excel
