Job summary

Bending Spoons is seeking a talented, driven, and collaborative individual to help shape and grow its B2B sales function across Europe. You will build a portfolio of enterprise clients, leverage AI tools to prioritize outreach, and learn the industry inside and out to forge powerful, profitable relationships.

You will act as a credible voice for the product, gather client feedback, and monitor performance data to optimize actions.

Responsibilities

Shape the B2B sales function by defining strategy, approach and guiding principles for enterprise sales.
Curate high-potential leads and build a portfolio of revenue-driving corporate clients using AI tools.
Learn the industry inside and out by understanding incentives, pressure points, and decision-makers.
Be a credible voice for the product; gather client feedback and inform future development.
Follow the data by monitoring performance metrics to identify high-value actions and opportunities.
