Salesforce is seeking a Senior Forward Deployed Engineer for the Agentforce platform in Italy's Lombardy region. You will lead technical delivery, mentor engineers, and influence roadmaps while collaborating with Deployment Strategists to translate complex challenges into deployable AI systems.

You will own end-to-end build and deployment of agentic AI solutions, design enterprise-ready integration patterns, manage data lifecycles across Salesforce Data 360, Snowflake and Databricks, and create

Competenze

6+ years of software engineering or technical delivery with end-to-end ownership
Experience integrating LLMs into production and prompt engineering
Strong data modeling, processing and analytics experience
Excellent written and verbal communication; able to work with executives
Willingness to travel to customer sites as needed; business proficiency in Italian and English

Mansioni

Own end-to-end build and deployment of agentic AI solutions from architecture to production handoff
Lead technical delivery and mentor engineers on projects
Design and ship agentic systems with enterprise integration patterns
