Salesforce is hiring Forward Deployed Engineers to design, build, and deploy the most complex agentic AI solutions directly inside enterprise environments. You will lead technical delivery on your team and set high engineering standards that scale across engagements.

Expect to mentor engineers, drive architecture decisions, and collaborate with Deployment Strategists to translate customer challenges into tangible AI solutions while traveling to customer sites in Italy.

Competenze

• 6+ years of software engineering or technical delivery in enterprise AI/SaaS.
• Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Expert in at least one of Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, or Apex.
• Integrated LLMs into production with frameworks like LangChain or LlamaIndex and responsible AI practices.
• Deep experience in data modeling, processing, and analytics with platforms like Snowflake/Databricks.
• Deep Salesforce platform expertise: Agentforce, Apex, LWC, Flows, and Salesforce APIs.

Mansioni

• Own end-to-end build and deployment of agentic AI solutions for Salesforce's most strategic customers—from architecture decisions through production handoff.
• Design and ship agentic systems on the Agentforce platform: agent logic, tool calls, multi-agent orchestration, guardrails, and enterprise integration patterns.
• Own the data lifecycle: model design, processing pipelines, and data readiness for AI applications across Salesforce Data 360, Snowflake, Databricks, and client platforms.
• Mentor other engineers through code reviews and pair sessions; establish reusable assets and playbooks.
