Salesforce, Inc. is hiring a Lead Forward Deployed Engineer in Milan to own end-to-end deployment of agentic AI solutions for strategic customers. You’ll guide architecture decisions, partner with Deployment Strategists, and influence product and engineering with real-world field insights.

You will mentor engineers, design agent-based systems, and ensure high engineering standards while advancing Salesforce's Agentforce initiatives in enterprise environments.

Competenze

• 6+ years of software engineering or technical delivery experience in enterprise AI, cloud, or SaaS environments.
• Degree in Computer Science or a related field is required.
• Expertise in at least one of Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, or Apex, with familiarity in the others.
• Experience integrating LLMs into production and using frameworks like LangChain or LlamaIndex.
• Deep experience in data modeling, processing, and analytics across platforms like Salesforce Data 360, Snowflake, or Databricks.
• Strong Salesforce platform expertise: Agentforce, Apex, LWC, Flows, and Salesforce APIs.
• Entrepreneurial, get-things-done mindset with focus on fast, impactful delivery.
• Excellent communication with peers, architects, and executives.
• Curiosity about evolving AI/data landscape and piloting new tools.

Mansioni

• Own end-to-end build and deployment of agentic AI solutions for Salesforce's strategic customers.
• Design and ship agentic systems on the Agentforce platform: agent logic, tool calls, multi-agent orchestration, guardrails.
• Manage data lifecycle for AI applications across major platforms.
• Resolve data integration, deployment, or orchestration blockers in production.
• Build and maintain dashboards to track deployment health and business outcomes.
• Develop proofs-of-concept and MVPs quickly with sound prioritization.
• Mentor engineers through code reviews and shared work.
• Surface field insights to Product and Engineering for roadmap input.
