Salesforce, Inc. is seeking a Senior Forward Deployed Engineer (Italian speaking) to own the end-to-end deployment of agentic AI solutions for our strategic customers.

You will architect, build, and productionize AI systems within enterprise environments, partnering with Deployment Strategists and mentoring junior engineers. You should be proficient in Python/JS/Java/Apex, have experience with LangChain or LlamaIndex, and be comfortable working with Salesforce Data 360, Snowflake, and

Competenze

• 6+ years of software engineering or technical delivery experience with end-to-end ownership of scalable production systems.
• Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Business-level proficiency in Italian and English.

Mansioni

• Own end-to-end build and deployment of agentic AI solutions for Salesforce's strategic customers — from architecture decisions to production handoff.
• Design and ship agentic systems on the Agentforce platform: agent logic, tool calls, multi-agent orchestration, and integration patterns for enterprise environments.
• Mentor engineers through code reviews and shared work; influence product strategy with field insights.
• Surface field insights to Product and Engineering to guide the Agentforce roadmap.
