Salesforce seeks a Senior Forward Deployed Engineer to lead the design and deployment of agentic AI solutions for our most strategic customers on the Agentforce platform.

You will own end-to-end delivery, collaborate with Deployment Strategists, and mentor engineers to ship high-impact AI systems across enterprise environments. Italian/English business fluency and willingness to travel are required.

Competenze

• 6+ years of software engineering or technical delivery experience with end-to-end ownership of scalable production systems in enterprise AI, cloud, or SaaS environments.
• Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Expert in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, or Apex, and conversant in the others.
• Experience integrating LLMs into production and using LangChain or LlamaIndex.
• Proficiency with data modeling, processing, and analytics across Salesforce Data 360, Snowflake or Databricks.

Mansioni

• Own end-to-end build and deployment of agentic AI solutions for Salesforce's strategic customers from architecture through production handoff.
• Design and ship agentic systems on the Agentforce platform with robust reference implementations.
• Own the data lifecycle for AI applications across Salesforce Data 360, Snowflake, and Databricks.
• Resolve blockers in data integration, model deployment, and orchestration to ensure delivery success.
• Mentor engineers through code reviews and paired sessions, and contribute reusable assets.
