Salesforce in Italy is seeking a Senior Forward Deployed Engineer to own end-to-end AI deployments for enterprise customers. You will lead architectural decisions, mentor engineers, and set coding standards while delivering agentic AI solutions on the Agentforce platform.

The role requires deep expertise in Python/TypeScript/Java, or Apex, with experience integrating LLMs in production and data modeling across Snowflake, Databricks, and Data 360. Travel to client sites in Europe will be required.

Competenze

• 8+ years of software engineering and technical delivery.
• Proficient in Python or JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, or Apex.
• Experience integrating LLMs in production with LangChain or LlamaIndex.
• Strong data modeling/ analytics with Snowflake, Databricks or Data 360.

• Own end-to-end build and deployment of agentic AI solutions for strategic customers.
• Design and ship agentic systems on the Agentforce platform with robust patterns.
• Lead architecture decisions and production handoff with Deployment Strategist.
• Mentor engineers through code reviews and pair programming.
• Surface field insights to inform the Agentforce roadmap.
• Develop proofs-of-concept and MVPs with pragmatic prioritization.
