Salesforce is seeking Forward Deployed Engineers to own end-to-end delivery of agentic AI solutions for enterprise customers, partnering with Deployment Strategists to shape architecture and drive adoption.

You will mentor engineers, define engineering standards, and stay at the forefront of AI tools and models while delivering scalable implementations within Salesforce's Agentforce platform.

Competenze

• 6+ years of software engineering or technical delivery experience in enterprise AI/SaaS.
• CS degree or related field.
• Expert in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, or Apex; proficient in others.

Mansioni

• Own end-to-end delivery of agentic AI solutions for strategic customers.
• Mentor engineers and set engineering standards for agentic AI deployments.
• Design data pipelines and model readiness for AI applications across platforms.
• Build and maintain agent performance dashboards and KPI reporting.
• Collaborate with Deployment Strategist to translate customer challenges into deployed solutions.
