Salesforce is hiring Forward Deployed Engineers to serve as Technical Builders who own end-to-end delivery of agentic AI solutions inside enterprise customer environments. You'll lead technical delivery on your team, mentor engineers, and set engineering standards that scale agentic AI deployments.

Partnering with a Deployment Strategist, you'll translate complex customer challenges into AI deployments, own data lifecycles and model readiness, and build dashboards to monitor health and outcomes.

Competenze

• 4+ years of software engineering or technical delivery in enterprise AI, cloud, or SaaS.
• A CS degree or related field is required.
• You are proficient in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, or Apex.
• Experience integrating LLMs into production environments with responsible AI practices.

Mansioni

• Own end-to-end build and deployment of agentic AI solutions for strategic customers.
• Mentor engineers via code reviews and pair sessions.
• Design data lifecycles, model readiness, and integration patterns.
• Develop agent performance dashboards and KPI reporting.
• Collaborate with Deployment Strategist to translate business challenges into AI deployments.
