Salesforce, Inc. is hiring Forward Deployed Engineers to lead technical delivery of agentic AI solutions inside enterprise environments. You will own architecture decisions, work with a Deployment Strategist, and drive production handoff. Expect to mentor engineers and influence product roadmaps.

This role requires proficiency in Italian and English, and willingness to travel to customer sites to ensure client success.

Competenze

• 6+ years of software engineering or technical delivery experience with end-to-end ownership.
• Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Proficiency in at least one major language (Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, Apex).

Mansioni

• Own end-to-end build and deployment of agentic AI solutions for Salesforce's strategic customers.
• Design and ship agentic systems on the Agentforce platform with deterministic guardrails.
• Mentor engineers through code reviews, pair sessions, and shared work.
• Collaborate with Deployment Strategist to translate business challenges into shipped solutions.
