Senior Accountant – Magenta (MI)

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Senior Accountant to join our Finance team in Magenta. In this role, you will take ownership of accounting and financial operations, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and efficiency across multiple areas. You will play a key role in supporting our industrial business by managing day-to-day processes, contributing to monthly and annual closings, and delivering reliable financial data to support decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the Accounts Receivable cycle, including invoicing for systems and services
• Monitor cash flow and proactively follow up on overdue accounts
• Prepare monthly accounting adjustments and support intercompany reconciliations
• Contribute to financial reporting activities, including leasing processes
• Coordinate payroll activities with external consultants and review related records
• Manage tax compliance, including F24 payments, VAT controls, and tax filings

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Finance, or related field (Laurea Triennale)
• 2–4 years of experience in accounting/finance, ideally within the industrial sector
• Strong knowledge of Italian accounting standards (IFRS is a plus)
• Proficiency with Excel and ERP systems
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken
• High attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently
• A collaborative team player with excellent communication skills
