A sustainable environmental company in Padova is seeking a temporary specialist for maternity leave replacement in the Customer Management unit. The ideal candidate will handle customer interactions and requests, database management, and telephone consulting. Required qualifications include a high school diploma, at least one year of experience in customer management, and fluency in French. Key responsibilities
  • Front/Back office customer interactions.
  • Customer request and relationship management.
  • Communication processes with customers.
  • Customer database management.
  • Telephone customer consulting.
  • Telephone contract management and issue verification.
  • Customer management in accordance with service card and regulations.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma required; university degree in economics, law, or humanities preferred.
  • At least one year experience in customer management in structured companies.
  • French oral and written level B1 minimum; English and/or Spanish knowledge preferred.
  • Knowledge of Neta or similar management system preferred.
  • Knowledge of sector regulations preferred.
  • Knowledge of waste separation methods preferred.
  • Office package (Word, Excel) good knowledge.
  • Driver B licence.
  • No non‑penal convictions or restricting measures.
  • Excellent communication, relational, group work, open mind and problem‑solving skills.
