About The Job

We are seeking an exceptional SAP Analytics & AI Lead to drive our organization's artificial intelligence initiatives within our SAP Analytics ecosystem. This strategic role will bridge advanced analytics capabilities with SAP technologies to deliver transformative business insights.

Location: Barcelona

Main Responsibilities

• Lead the integration of AI/ML technologies with SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP BW/4HANA, and related platforms
• Design and architect end-to-end data pipelines that connect SAP systems with modern AI frameworks
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify high-value use cases for AI-powered analytics
• Build and mentor a team of analytics professionals to expand AI capabilities across the organization
• Establish governance frameworks for responsible AI implementation within SAP environments
• Drive adoption of advanced analytics tools and promote data-driven decision making

About You

• Advanced degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field
• 3+ years experience applying AI/ML techniques to enterprise data
• Proven expertise in Python, R, or similar languages for data science applications
• Experience with modern AI frameworks and cloud-based analytics platforms
• Knowledge of SAP technologies (HANA, Data Intelligence, Analytics Cloud) and data models
• Excellent communication skills to translate technical concepts to business stakeholders
