A leading luxury retail company is seeking a mid-senior level SAP Basis Administrator to join their ERP Infrastructure team in Legnano. The role involves optimizing and maintaining SAP RISE environments, performing daily system checks, and collaborating with various IT teams. The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of experience in SAP Basis Administration and familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS and GCP. Proficiency in English and good interpersonal skills are also required. This is a full-time position offering a dynamic work environment.

We are looking for a SAP Basis Administrator to join the ERP Infrastructure team within our ICT department. The successful candidate will optimize, monitor, and configure SAP RISE environments to meet business requirements.

Main Activities

• SAP Basis Administration including analysis of the SAP system log, monitoring processes, system health, logs, and performance metrics.
• Perform daily checks on systems and interfaces to keep business processes running; analyze runtime errors, dumps, and logs.
• Manage overall SAP notes implementations and drive technical SAP incidents to resolution.
• Resolve day‑to‑day technical issues, troubleshoot and monitor SAP-provided services ensuring their availability.
• Manage printer and spool administration.
• Govern SAP Early Watch Alerts and SAP Basis OSS notes.
• Act as a point of reference for collaboration with other IT teams, network, functional, and application teams.
• Manage user roles and authorization.
• Manage BTP system and related cloud services.

Requirements

• A passionate and positive attitude.
• 3+ years of experience in an SAP BASIS Administrator role.
• Experience with SAP on cloud platforms and Windows Server systems.
• Familiar with SAP S/4 HANA environment and Public Cloud Providers (AWS and GCP).
• SAP certification is a plus.
• Good knowledge of the English language.
• Availability for national or international travel.
• Good interpersonal skills for interacting with team members and customers.
