We are hiring for a Salesforce Developer to support multiple instances across the eero organization. At eero, Salesforce is a critical system for selling and providing support to our customers in both Retail and B2B channels. This role will work on Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud instances and will report to our Senior Sales Operations Manager.

Key job responsibilities include:

• Architect and develop scalable solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Integration patterns and other Salesforce technologies
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems and AWS services
• Implement and maintain CI/CD practices for Salesforce deployments
• Optimize existing solutions for performance and scalability
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, ensuring seamless user experiences
• Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, and stakeholders to gather requirements

• Salesforce certifications (Salesforce Platform Developer II certification, Application Architect, AI Specialist)
• Experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud

• Enjoys rolling up their sleeves in a fast-paced, startup environment
• Ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment, and simultaneously manage multiple medium-to-large projects
• Is able to work cross-functionally with many teams and multi-tasks with a sense of urgency
• Has impeccable attention to detail, follow-through, and resourcefulness

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $89,200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
