A leading energy solutions provider is looking for a Sales Professional for their Grid Automation portfolio in Milan. The role involves driving sales, building customer relationships, and preparing sales plans. The ideal candidate has an Electrical Engineering background, experience in Automation, fluent English and Italian, and excellent communication skills. Competenze

How you will make an impact
  • Driving sales volume and margin across the Grid Automation portfolio.
  • Building long‑standing customer relationships, identifying effective solutions for customer needs.
  • Establishing and maintaining strong customer relationships through excellent service and your knowledge of customer needs and Hitachi Energy – Grid Automation solutions.
  • Preparing sales plans and bids, with marketing and other departments, ensuring technical and financial accuracy, in connection with Hitachi Energy rules.
  • Living core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business.
Your background
  • Technical background (Electrical Engineering degree is preferred)
  • Knowledge of High Voltage and/or Medium Voltage substations
  • 2/3 years experience in Automation and Communication is preferred.
  • Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office. Knowledge of Sales Force tool is a plus.
  • Advanced knowledge of English and Italian fluent level.
  • A collaborative, solutions‑oriented approach and strong communication skills.
  • Availability to travel/clients visits all around Italy.
