A global water treatment company is seeking an experienced sales and marketing professional for the INDION resins and water treatment chemicals. Candidates should have 8–15 years of experience in the water and wastewater treatment industry, with strong communication skills in English and German/Italian/French. The role focuses on developing new business opportunities and maintaining client relationships, making it essential to engage in technical discussions and prepare sales forecasts.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Sales & marketing of INDION resins (Ion exchange resin), specialty and water treatment chemicals.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities and expand coverage.
• Engage in technical discussions, recommend solutions and products.
• Develop client relationships and establish distribution channel.
• Support bid processes and coordinate across global teams.
• Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and business plans

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in chemical engineering, mechanical, or environmental engineering, related engineering field, or Science.
• MBA in Sales & Marketing will be an added advantage.
• Effective communication skills in written and spoken in English and German/Italian/French (depending on location). English is essential, as the role requires frequent interaction with teams in the parent company in India.

EXPERIENCE

8–15 years of experience in water and wastewater treatment (WTP/WWTP) industry. Exposure to Ion Exchange Resin sales will be added advantage.
