You will reach out to vacation rental owners, generate sales, and manage the sales cycle from prospecting to closing. The role involves travel and collaboration with the team in Bari. The ideal candidate should be self-motivated with strong interpersonal skills, possess sales experience, and be fluent in Italian and English. Become a key member of our Bari Sales Team while working remotely from Amalfi.

Your role in this journey

• Reach out to vacation rental owners and execute sales strategies (mostly by cold calling) to find out if Holidu is the right solution for their needs.
• Generate sales by handling all aspects of the sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
• Be rigorous in activity tracking and monitor your completion of monthly targets.
• Conduct regular business trips to your focus regions and gain valuable market insights.
• Support the onboarding process of new team members and share your knowledge with other international sales teams at Holidu.
• Help in organizing events to promote Holidu and build a community of hosts.
• Travel to our Bari office for one working week per quarter, (accommodation costs covered by the company) to collaborate closely with your team and participate in trainings and team activities.
