A leading adhesive technology company in Italy is seeking a Sales Manager responsible for the Italian market. This role requires at least 5 years of sales experience, preferably in adhesives, and fluency in both Italian and English. The successful candidate will build and maintain customer relationships and coordinate with technical teams to resolve issues. Extensive travel is expected. Competenze

  • 5+ years work experience in sales with international experience in adhesives.
  • Excellent organizational skills and experience interacting with multinational customers.
  • Willingness to travel extensively.

Mansioni

  • Sales responsibility for the whole Italy.
  • Define strategy and objectives in line with business unit strategy.
  • Develop action plan for each customer based on customer roadmap.
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers.
  • Coordinate with application engineering and support service team.

What you´ll do
  • Sales responsibility for the whole Italy
  • Define your strategy and objectives at your customers in line with business unit strategy to ensure growth and meet our targeted budget.
  • Develop and execute action plan for each customer based on customer roadmap
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers at all levels
  • Coordinate with application engineering colleagues to conduct line trials, (re)solves customer requests and complaints
  • Adapt pricing and commercial topics based on business unit guidelines
  • Support Customer service Team in any operative issues
What makes you a good fit
  • University degree in Chemistry, Business Administration, Engineering or similar
  • Minimum 5 years work experience in sales with international experience in adhesives
  • Strong communicator with excellent organizational skills and experience interacting with large multinational customers across different levels
  • Willingness to travel extensively as part of the job
  • Fluent in Italian and in English
