The successful candidate will develop a targeted sales strategy, build strong customer relationships, and achieve set revenue goals. Candidates should have 5-10 years of experience in the paper industry, preferably in specialty paper sales. Fluency in English is essential, with Italian, French, or German as advantageous. 🚀 Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a targeted sales strategy for specialty papers in assigned territories.
  • Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers to drive satisfaction and growth.
  • Sales Targets: Achieve revenue and volume goals set by management.
  • Customer Service & Issue Resolution: Respond promptly to inquiries, troubleshoot quality or delivery issues, and ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Market Monitoring: Track market trends, competitor activity, and customer developments to identify opportunities.
✅ What You Bring
  • Experience: 5–10 years in sales management within the paper industry.
  • Industry Knowledge: Proven track record in Specialty Paper sales, ideally with C1S, Thermal, and Greaseproof papers.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in English; Italian, French, or German is advantageous.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and business development capabilities.
  • Independent & Remote Work: Comfortable managing customers and sales independently across multiple European markets.
