An international IT solution company is seeking a Sales Manager in Torino, Italy. The candidate will identify and recruit distributors, manage sales cycles, and motivate channel partners to drive revenue growth. With a Bachelor's degree and over 5 years of experience in channel sales, particularly in the IT industry, you'll develop sales initiatives with key partners. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.

Competenze

  • 5+ years channel sales experience, preferably in IT.
  • Experience with government sector customers is a plus.
  • Experience with local IT networking distributors is advantageous.

Job Description / Responsibility

1. Responsible for identifying, recruiting, and working with distributors and key value added reseller to drive new business and retain existing customers.

2. Motivate and energize the channel partners to work with Sangfor, develop sales and marketing initiatives with key partners to increase monthly sales revenue.

3. Identify and create new sales opportunity to maintain and develop good relationship with customers.

4.Manage sales cycles, market business solutions, build a solid pipeline of qualified prospects and conduct all sales activities needed to achieve sales target

Requirements

1. Bachelor's Degree

2. 5+ years channel sales, solution selling or project selling experience in IT industry, prefer with Government sector customer experience, experience with local famous IT networking distributors or vendors is a plus.

3. Firm, dynamic, result-oriented and strong achievement motivation.

4. High integrity, target focused and able to work with minimum supervision.

5. Good interpersonal and communication skills.
