A leading automotive solutions company in Italy is seeking an experienced Sales Manager for the Aftermarket segment. The role focuses on achieving sales targets, customer acquisition, and providing technical support. Candidates should have 3-5 years of sales experience in the Automotive Aftermarket and a strong customer service orientation. Fluency in Italian and good English skills are also required.

  • Support existing customers and acquire new clients in the region.

Sales Manager Aftermarket Italy (m/f/d)

The Sales Manager Aftermarket Italy (m/f/d) is responsible for achieving defined sales targets within Italy. While developing annual plans within the business unit, the Sales Manager owns the customer strategy and is accountable for the growth, profitability and customer satisfaction of their country.

Responsibilities
  • Continuous support of our existing customers and new-client acquisition in assigned region
  • Commercial and technical customer support in the field
  • Handling of requests, offer preparation, contract conclusion negotiations
  • Securing of Pricing policy
  • Market observation, analysis of competition and customers
  • Delivery of budget value, contribution margin and development of sales
  • Close collaboration and support of the Regional Sales Managers as well as cooperation with the Customer Service, Product Management team and other internal departments
Qualifications
  • min. of 3 - 5 years of sales experience in Automotive Aftermarket
  • Bachelor degree or equivalent
  • Technical understanding is a must
  • Turnover and Margin responsibility
  • Strong customer- and service orientation
  • Team player, strong negotiation skills, and strategic mindset
  • Italian plus good command of English
