Our new Residences & Suites project located in the iconic Torre Velasca, in the heart of Milan. This role will focus on the proactive commercial development of the hotel within the assigned markets, actively seeking new business opportunities and building strong relationships within the luxury travel trade.
Minimum 3 years of experience as Sales Manager in a similar role within luxury hospitality, ideally with experience in lifestyle or high-end openings.
In-depth knowledge of luxury travel networks and a solid international client portfolio.
Fluency in English and Italian; additional languages are a plus.
Strong network and commercial exposure in key markets: US, UK, Italy, and broader European regions.
Good communication and presentation skills.
Excellent negotiation skills to close contracts and build lasting client relationships.
Demonstrated strategic planning and budget management skills, with the ability to forecast and optimize.
